Atlantic Canada Oyster with Wild Blueberry Mignonette


Makes 2 cups will keep for few weeks in the refrigerator

Mignonette
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup white wine
½ cup sugar
½ cup shallots, finely diced
1 cup wild blueberries pulsed
1 tbsp Spicy Pepper Sauce

Add all the above ingredients to a large jar and shake well then let rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
You can also place in a blender and pulse
