Building Tomorrow Fund Fresh Pack Project
The Building Tomorrow Fund was a three year $930,000.00 project, funded by the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and administered by WBPANS to promote and explore the expansion of fresh, fresh frozen and value-added wild blueberry business opportunities. The reports listed below explore various aspects of value-added production that could be challenging for farm businesses. It is hoped these research reports will help new and existing businesses, who are looking to diversify their operations, a way to reduce risk and expand their revenue streams by marketing fresh and fresh frozen wild blueberries.
